This project provided an opportunity to format 48 images as a means of investigating personal interests, fostering self-reflection as designers, and establishing the conceptual foundation for our thesis. The prompt, “Structure, Sign, Play,” served as the framework guiding this exploration.
This book examines the relationship between structure, sign, and play, exploring how the same theme can be interpreted and shown in different ways through design. Each page features three vertically arranged images, representing structure, sign, and play. These images are unified by a shared theme on the same page. To enhance interaction, the pages are divided into three horizontal rows, allowing readers to flip and rearrange the images. This format encourages exploration, revealing new connections and contrasts.
